With freedom comes responsibility. Some want the first and yet run screaming from the second. It doesn't work that way. The Constitution does not give you "the Right to Spread Disease." These people don't even tell their kids to cover their coughs. I mean what's the point, right? Even though many people cover their coughs, some people still get coughs anyway, right? So it's clearly useless.

"Go ahead little Timmy, cough all over everyone. It's your freedom to skip covering your cough."
